đź‘‹ Hi, I am Showkot Hossain. Welcome to my website!

I am pursuing my PhD in Computer Science at the University of Notre Dame, Indiana, USA. I am a Graduate Research Assistant under Prof. Taeho Jung, Associate Professor at the same university. I received my Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Dhaka in January 2020. My undergrad thesis topic was security and blockchain, supervised by Dr. Mosarrat Jahan and Dr. Upama Kabir. After completing my undergraduate, I worked as a Software Engineer for about 3.5 years at leading multi-national software companies in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Then I started my PhD here at Notre Dame…

Current Research Areas: Distributed Systems, Security, and Confidential Computing.
